Pork Nachos

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups pulled or shredded pork
  • 1-2 Cups Monterey Jack Colby Jack or Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ C Sliced Olives
  • 1 small can diced green chiles
  • 3 Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1-2 Cups Black Beans
  • ½-1 Cup Corn
  • 2 jalapeño peppers seeded and diced
  • ½ C Cotija cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Assemble your nachos in layers using all ingredients to your taste
  2. Cook in smoker set at 350 degrees until chips are toasted and cheese is melted.
  3. Top with guacamole  and sour cream and enjoy.
