Ingredients

  • 1 6-10 lb Ham either whole or spiral cut (I like whole as it stays juicier and I can cut thicker slices)
  • 2 ½ Cups Brown Sugar
  • ¾ C Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce Traeger Sweet & Heat is great with this recipe

Instructions

  1. Set Smoker or Oven to 325 degrees and preheat
  2. Place ham on cooking sheet lined with aluminum foil and put in smoker or oven once at 325 degrees
  3. Mix brown sugar, pineapple juice and BBQ sauce
  4. After first 30 minutes, glaze ham with mixture every 10-15 minutes
  5. Cook ham for 10-15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
