Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings


  • 3-4 lbs of chicken wings
  • 1-2 Tbsp corn starch
  • Rubseasoning of your choice
  • 1/2-1 Cup cup of buffalo sauce


  1. Preheat smoker or grill to high heat (400-500 degrees) Make sure chicken wings are thawed.
  2. Place them in a bowl and combine with 1-2 Tbsp corn starch. (This will help then stay crispy).
  3. Sprinkle on rub of your choice until wings are evenly seasoned.
  4. Add wings to grill and add some more rub to them.
  5. Cook them for 15-25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 170-175 degrees.
  6. Place cooked wings in a bowl and add 1/2-1 Cup cup of buffalo sauce.
  7. Toss wings and enjoy immediately.
