Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and peppermint extract together. If using a Kitchenaid be sure to use your paddle accessory

Once combined and softened begin forming your patty

Take a small scoop and roll into a ball. Line up on a non-greased cookie sheet

Flatten each patty down with either the palm of your hand or use the bottom of a cup or jar

or make into the size of a Junior Mint- it's up to you!

Chill for at least an hour

Make your chocolate right before you are ready to drizzle on top

Melt chocolate chips, butter and milk together until smooth

Drizzle chocolate over top your mints and let sit for at least 10 minutes
