Bacon and Chive Deviled Eggs

  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp fine ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chives
  • 2 pieces Bacon
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika


  1. Bring water to boil
  2. Turn heat down and add eggs
  3. Bring heat back up to medium high and boil for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove and place in ice bath for 20 minutes
  5. Peel under cold running water
  6. Cut in half and remove yolks
  7. In a mixing bowl, mix yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, salt and pepper until smooth
  8. Place mixture in piping bag or ziploc with corner cut and pipe into eggs
  9. Garnish with bacon, smoked paprika and fresh chives
  10. Refrigerate, covered until ready to serve.
