Ham and Cheese Sliders are Hawaiian rolls topped with sliced ham and flavorful deli Swiss cheese. The buttery poppy seed dressing on top is baked to perfection and becomes gooey and delicious. Ingredients
2packs King’s Hawaiian Rolls
1lbSliced Ham
2packs sliced Swiss and/or Cheddar Cheese
1tspPoppy Seeds
GLAZE:
2sticks melted butter
3TbspDijon Mustard
3TbspBrown Sugar
1tspWorcestershire Sauce
Instructions
Preheat Grill or oven to 350°
Combine all Glaze ingredients in medium sauce pot and warm.
Slice rolls in half with a bread knife and place on a cookie sheet
Line with Ham then Cheese
Then brush on a thin layer of glaze
Put top rolls on then brush with more glaze until well covered
Sprinkle on poppy seeds to cover.
Place in grill for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
