Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ham and Cheese Sliders are Hawaiian rolls topped with sliced ham and flavorful deli Swiss cheese. The buttery poppy seed dressing on top is baked to perfection and becomes gooey and delicious. Hawaiian Ham and Swiss Sliders are perfect for large crowds because they feed a ton, are easy to make and are always a favorite!

Ingredients

  • 2 packs King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 lb Sliced Ham
  • 2 packs sliced Swiss and/or Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • GLAZE:
  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat Grill or oven to 350°
  2. Combine all Glaze ingredients in medium sauce pot and warm.
  3. Slice rolls in half with a bread knife and place on a cookie sheet
  4. Line with Ham then Cheese
  5. Then brush on a thin layer of glaze
  6. Put top rolls on then brush with more glaze until well covered
  7. Sprinkle on poppy seeds to cover.
  8. Place in grill for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
  9. Remove from grill and enjoy immediately
